As the title suggests, we finally got some work in on the kayak!! Did hell freeze over? Apparently not, 'cause it's finally warm enough to work with the epoxy and in the heat-less garage. :)
We had to turn the boat over for this, and to do so, had to attach some "feet" to the temporary frames so it'd lay straight. Here's a couple pics of the seams being filled in with epoxy and epoxy+wood flour (used as thickener, so it stays in the cracks). Gotta wait until that cures, and then we'll turn it on the keel edges to fill in the seams that were too vertical to get.
Progress! Yay! We may finish this yet.... And finally get to park a car in the garage again...
