Day 15 - finishing of the floors

Daniel did it! The floors were sanded and 2 coats of swedish finish were put on. He put the first coat on around 6pm, then came back around 8pm to do the second coat (it took about 30 min to put the coat on). He'll be back at the end of the project to do a final sand & a final coat. Looks pretty good! I definitely didn't think the floors would be this light - it seems there was a pretty dark stain on them before. I really like this clear finish, it brings out the details of the wood grain. Very pretty!
