The flooring looks really nice!! It's not what I expected, but that's OK - I actually think I like this honey color better than a darker stain. So all is good.
Monday, the texture guy came out and put texture on the walls - it took him all of an hour.
Though after they left, I noticed a couple drips in the texture - Chris says he will be able to fix that tomorrow.
The guys who are refinishing the remaining wood paneling came out, too, and started stripping the doors. They will stain them to match the wood paneling. The doors actually have a really pretty grain to them, once the horrible green paint is removed! Yay!
It was a pretty low-key day. Daniel came by in the evening to clean up a bit from the flooring remnants and such. The rest of the week should be pretty quiet, too.
