The kayak is out of the garage

And being finished by magical elves. Not really, but some dude who does wooden boat building as a hobby is finishing it for me. He took it back in October, and it should have been done in January, but he ran into medical issues, family issues, and now a slight boat building issue, so hopefully I'll get it back by end of August.

Before I gave it to him, I did burn in the squirrel into the deck - it turned out pretty nice! Here's a picture.


I'll post again once it's done.... Until then, I'm switching to talking about the attic remodel that's going on in the house.
