Monday the trim started. Tuesday the trim continued and the electrical work was finished out. The electrical guy left some holes in the ceiling that need patching, as well as apparently one of the outlets wasn't punched through the drywall, so he had to open a hole. And didn't do it super cleanly, so there will have to be wall patched next to that (about a 1" square-ish hole). But, Chris says it'll all be taken care of and re-textured.
One of the things I thought was included but wasn't is the caulking of the trim. Talked to Chris, and he said the trim guy can do it for $100. Done. We'll just have Robert touch up the paint and caulk lines when he comes back to fix the wood paneling next week.
Today, the trim continues (he's working on the stair risers), and will do the caulking. Chris's finish guy (Liam) is here, too, installing doors, hardware, bath fixtures, etc. - basically all the finishing touches. Will probably be here tomorrow, too. The insulation guys also came out today to blow in the ceiling insulation. I'm hoping they don't cause any more trouble... They are also painting the wood problems from the birdblocking. They can't fix the misaligned holes, but at least can cover up all the splintered mess.
